Conditioning

b: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Each round for reps:

i) 0:00-2:00 – ME cal bike

ii) 2:01-14:00 – AMRep

Rx: Box step x16/Rx+: Box jump x8

Burpee x10

Rx: SDHP x14 (20/12)/Rx+: Power clean x7 (95/65)

iii) 14:01-16:00 – ME cal row
for ii) Rx: 1R = 40 reps / Rx+: 25 reps

Finisher – Postural end.
